At CPL Training we deliver QCF (formerly NVQ) qualifications and Apprenticeships on a national level. We offer a wide range of qualifications including Hospitality, Customer Service, Retail and Security Services.
Our Work Based Learning programmes offer both employers and learners fantastic opportunities. Employers can increase staff motivation, performance and retention. We are also able to include your company's own induction into the training, creating a bespoke option for you.
Learners can up skill themselves, gain experience in the industry of their choice and have the opportunity to earn whilst they learn!
Developed by the Sector Skills Council, these qualifications are recognised nationally and have produced minimum standards across a variety of vocations.
All qualifications are competence-based and learners are assessed in the workplace performing day to day tasks. This way of assessing enables learners to develop practical, work-related skills and knowledge to do their job effectively and efficiently.
Learners will be fully supported by our assessors, who ensure there is little disruption to the day-to- day running of the business.
These qualifications are available to anyone between the ages of 16 - 60+ as long as they are employed either full or part-time or have access to a work placement. The majority of the qualifications we are able to offer are completely government funded, meaning there is no cost for either the employer or the learner.*

*As there have been recent changes to government funding, the majority of qualifications we can now offer, completely funded, are for those between 16-19. There is still funding available for over 19s, but employers may need to make a minimum contribution, which is subject to conditions. Please contact us for more information.
