Conflict Management Level 2
This 1 day course aims to equip staff with the knowledge and skills to deal with conflict in the workplace. The course looks at communication and behaviour as well as what legislation exists to protect employees. This scenario based training course gives the learners an active learning experience which they can use to their advantage when dealing with conflict situations in their place of work.
