Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship

The role of a customer service operator is crucial to any business. It's what can keep a customer, gain new ones and ultimately, if done well, give a company a good reputation.

If a customer receives a good service they'll tell a couple of friends about it as everyone expects good customer service. However, if a customer receives a bad customer service they are likely to tell ten times more people about it as they're unhappy.

Therefore, it is so important for companies to recognise what good customer service is and that a Customer Service qualification will make you stand out from the crowd, because you have the knowledge and skills to deliver a great service to all types of customer.

Who should take this qualification?

This Apprenticeship is key if you want to work with the general public, like to resolve issues and can deliver information confidently.

It will qualify your customer service skills and knowledge as well as prepare you for a career in customer service, which could take any form such as in retail, the hospitality sector, contact centres and any industry that has customers – so there's plenty to choose from!
