This one day interactive WSET training course in wine, in association with the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, allows you to build a strong tasting portfolio by sampling a number of wines and completing a food and wine matching exercise.
The knowledge and skills you gain from this WSET course will also help you to maximise profits from your wine list.
You will learn to taste in a logical, methodical and above all professional manner through the WSETs tasting system. The qualification is designed to build an individual’s skills gradually through the different qualification levels that the Wine & Spirit Education Trust provide.

Who should take this qualification?
The WSET qualification is ideal for both new and existing employees as well as for those who already have an appreciation of wine. It teaches you and your staff all you need to know to confidently raise the profile of wine and enjoy increased revenue from every drop sold.
Assessment: Throughout the day you will complete a food and wine matching exercise and create a tasting portfolio. You must also complete a 30 question multiple choice test to gain the WSET qualification, which will prompt the order of your WSET certificate.
Duration: The WSET course lasts 1 day
