A non-incendiary course to enable the learner to enforce fire regulations within the workplace.
Course Overview
The course includes:
- Basic fire-fighting
- Emergency and evacuation procedures
- Fire regulations and responsibilities of the Fire marshal
- Causes of fires
- Correct use of fire extinguishers
- Fire science
- Fire risk assessment
- Testing of fire-fighting equipment
- Training in the use of fire-fighting equipment
Who should take this qualification?
Any employee carrying out the role of Fire Marshal of Fire Warden within the workplace.
Assessment: Multiple choice question examination. As an alternative to sitting the formal course and qualification, a learner can complete the exercises in the workbook. The learner’s manager can then sign-off the training received using the integral Confirmation of Training Received card.
Duration: 1 day.

Course Fees: £950 + VAT for a maximum of 16 learners (£60 per person). We will come to your venue to provide this training.
