Level 2 Retail Apprenticeship

Working in retail requires you to be able to work within a team as well as on your own. You need to be able to interact with customers and have an overall knowledge of retail processes i.e., managing stock, storage and preparing stock for sale.

From this Apprenticeship you will gain knowledge of the Retail sector and improving your skills and overall performance in the workplace. It is also a great opportunity to gain a nationally recognised, retail-focused qualification.

This Apprenticeship will explore the principles and processes of the retail industry, giving you the knowledge and skills needed to make a recognised contribution to the organisation as well as helping you move forward in your career.

Who should take this qualification?

This Apprenticeship should be taken if you're involved in the various processes of retail such as sales assistants, storage workers, customer service assistants and many more. A retail qualification is a great way to qualify your knowledge and skills of the Retail industry and can help you further your career. You could be the next general or area manager!
