Learners; Earn Whilst You Learn!
Apprenticeships are a great way to develop your skills, whilst gaining a nationally recognised qualification and earning at the same time!
Apprenticeships allow you to earn whilst you learn. They require commitment, but the skills gained as well as the qualification will enhance your career, making you instrumental to the business.
Guided Learning: CPL Training assessors' guide and support learners in order to prove and develop their knowledge. Our resources, available to candidates, increase their knowledge and support them before undergoing any tests or assessments.
Portfolio Building: Each candidate builds a portfolio of evidence over the course of their NVQ and Key/Functional Skills, where applicable, which includes the candidate's claim to competence for the award.
Accreditation of Prior Learning and Attainment: If a candidate has achieved GCSEs grades A - C within the last 5 years and they have certification proof this can be accredited against the Apprenticeship. Their CPL Training assessor will check and support this process at the beginning of the programme.
On average our Apprenticeships take between 9 and 12 months to complete. During this time learners will have to organise their time between work and learning as well as assessments. It is important that both employers and employees know what to expect before committing to an Apprenticeship. Our dedicated Apprenticeship team are available to answer any queries you may have.
