LOCAL LICENSING LEADERS CELEBRATE COLLABORATION
Wirral-born licensing leaders, Daniel Davies, Chief Executive of CPL Training and Inventive Leisure Chief Executive, Roy Ellis, have joined forces to implement a national training strategy for all of Inventive Leisure's Revolution bars. The 55-strong Revolution bar chain, a recent winner in the prestigious Publican awards, appointed CPL Training as its preferred training provider for all licensing training including the National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (NCPLH), the Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (SCPLH), and the National Diploma for Designated Premises Supervisors (NDDPS).
CPL Training, the UK’s leading provider of training to the licensed retail sector, has to date trained over 250 Inventive Leisure staff. CPL currently operates 70 training venues throughout the UK and delegates are able to select a training venue local to them. Daniel Davies commented: “I’m pleased that our companies are able to collaborate on a national basis. Revolution Bars is one of the UK's most well established and recognisable brands, whilst CPL Training is the market leader within its field. This successful collaboration has developed through a mutual understanding of the synergies that can be achieved by a national bar chain and a national training provider working together.”
