You are required to provide us with the following documents:

EITHER an EU Passport OR an EU photo-driving licence.(clear copy)
A bank statement or a utility bill no more than 3 months old, showing your current home address.
2 passport-style colour photographs of you (one of which we will endorse on your behalf)
