CPL Licence Application Services
CPL provides licence application services in respect of personal and premises licence applications under the Licensing Act 2003.
Personal licence applications
A personal licence is required for anyone working in licensed premises whose job role includes authorising the retail sale of alcohol. The application is made to the local council in whose area the applicant lives. An application must also be made for a Criminal Records Bureau Basic Declaration. This is sometimes called a CRB check. Once you have gained your NCPLH qualification CPL can make a personal licence application on your behalf.
