Ian Wilkins
Director of HR
Ian is responsible for human resources within CPL. He develops, advises on and implements policies relating to the effective use of personnel. Ian has a clear understanding of our business objectives and has developed policies and procedures to retain the right staff needed to meet these objectives.
Other areas of Ian’s role include promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of CPL, developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management, interpreting and advising on employment legislation, listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures and developing, with line managers, HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels.
